Chief Justice of Russia Supreme Court Involved In Car Accident

Reports reaching Peacefmonline.com indicates that the Chief Justice or President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Vyachesla Mikhailovic Lebedev, has been involved in a motor accident on the Accra-Ho road.

According to information trickling in, the accident occurred on his way back to Accra from the Volta Regional capital where he had attended an Annual Bar Conference.

Chief Justice Vyachesla Mikhailovic Lebedev was quickly rushed to the Ho Regional hospital before a Ghana Army helicopter air lifted him to Accra few minutes later.

Justice Lebedev is the head of delegation on a four day visit to Ghana.

Other members of the mission include Chief Justice of Moscow Regional Court, and Chief Justice of the Saratov Regional Court.
