According to Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, United States’ Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton was the first to spot the mysterious dove and later drew the attention of high government officials who were around.

The Vice President further narrated that they thought the mysterious dove might have landed on Mrs Mills’ car by coincidence, and would fly away should the car be moved. Rather, as the car was moved, the mysterious bird repositioned itself and remained firm on the car even as it was in motion.

Speaking at the thanksgiving service held for Mills at the Wesley Methodist Cathedral, Cape Coast on Sunday, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur said the dove that perched on Naadu Mills’ car was a sign from the late President that he was leaving Ghana as a stable and peaceful country.

Mr. Amissah-Arthur added the death of President Mills also ushered Ghana into a new era with many Ghanaians resolving to live exemplary lives just like the late President Mills.
